The majority of this website is open to all interested parties however some areas require that visitors must be members to access the information.

Municipal Members:
You must be logged in as a Member in order to gain access to many of the areas of this website including event registrations.  If you are already a Member, please login through the Member Area in the left-hand menu using your email address.  If you don't remember your password, you can click "forgot password" and you will receive an email guiding you through the next step.  If your email address is not recognized by the system you should select Join / Member Application and then complete the information requested (* indicates a required field).  Be sure to select your primary job function within your municipality to avoid receiving unwanted publications.  After submitting the information, you may be taken to a payment screen.  At this point you should select Cancel because individual municipal members fall under the umbrella of their respective municipal's annual membership fee.  Selecting cancel will not affect your member application submission.   If you trying to register someone for an event and their name doesn't appear in the dropdown box during registration, that is an indication that they should complete the above process or have someone else do it for them.  If you require a PO# on your invoice, please include it in the "Comments" section as you are completing your registrations.

Associate Members:
Please follow the instructions above through the submission step to include selecting Associate under the member type.  You will then be taken to the payment screen where, if you are a new associate member, you will need to make payment of your annual dues in order to login and receive the benefits outlined in the Associate Member Agreement.  If you are a current or renewing associate you will be able to login through the Member Area to view and/or edit the information in our system under your login.  Once your annual associate member dues are current, you should have access to all benefits available to you.
